I trained with Le Cordon Bleu as a patisserie chef and was fortunate to gain incredible industry experience in both boutique patisseries and large scale banquetting operations in Australia and the UK.

At the start of 2015 my wife and I decided to take the plunge, and open up our own small patisserie operation in Devon.

Our aim is to create more beautiful and delicious desserts and patisseries whilst also spreading my passion for pastry!
